I like the towels. They are a bit pricey, but I like them. They do absorb well and are lighter and dry more quickly than other towelss.

Well, the service was fast. The product is overpriced and terrible quality. The towels are thin, scratchy and not absorbent at all. I'd rather use cardboard, at least it works.

I purchased two bath towels. They arrived very quickly. I believe that additional washing will soften them up and increase their absorption ability. They are very well made.

Hey there - let me explain my 4 star rating. I spent 20 years in the clothing and textile industry so I'm not just mouthing off. ;) Love the towels, but don't love what happened when I washed them for the first time. I put them in with other clothes to get a full load and the lint that got on all my stuff was terrible! I had to get a lint roller and spend time on each garment to get it all off. I would think that if you put them through a wash cycle first, like is done with jeans and other textile products, you could alleviate that, but yes I know this will force you to raise the cost. If not, put a big huge warning sign on the packaging!

The towels were great! Soft and thirsty in the extreme. The packaging could have been a bit sturdier. My package arrived a bit torn up.
