so far so good ! the f3800 power station is really user friendly, keeping things simple in design & engineering takes much more thought & effort and you did it... a well thought out piece of equipment ! the 400w solar panels are high quality durable material as are all the conductors and connections... really happy... looking forward to a second set of 400w solar panels & more backup power. the f3800 easily started & ran our 3hp submersible well pump set at 400'... very happy, thank you !

Easy install, clear instructions, system working as promised, this is part of a backup power system for a medical clinic, and in simulated tests, it has worked flawlessly

We have also located your support case, and our official Anker SOLIX support team will reach out to you directly by email to continue following up and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
