AppFolio Property ManagerReviews of appfolio.com

There are a great deal of property management software companies out there, however, Appfolio is amazing! Most every day to day operations can be completed via the software (billing, tenant communication, accounting, document storage, website, etc) It makes things so much easier. The application process and screening is built in. If there is anything we have a question about their customer/client support is fantastic! We have used Appfolio for several years and would highly recommend them to anyone in the property management field.

User friendly, all the info you could possibly need to do your job - whatever that may be - and info is easy to find. Love the new text and email options and it keeping record of when and what you said. I wish that when "moving in a new tenant" the system could check for duplicity on that second app being moved in/added and not adding the same dependants, vehicles etc. I have to do this manually now reviewing the applications bath and forth deleting duplicated info (it's not that big of a deal!) Just sayin-it would be nice.

Appfolio allows me to be much more efficient and have time for both more work and leisure.

We were new to property management software when we made the decision to automate our process. I did some research and Appfolio sounded ideal. We spoke to other users, discussed our concerns with the Appfolio sales staff and made our decision. Appfolio and the various pieces of their team have been with us every step of the way. They customized and tweaked to help us set up how we felt it would operate best. They advised us when we asked for it, and trained us in a number of different ways from one on one to large group, or completely on our own thru webinars on demand. We have had no complaints with our software that we have not been able to work thru!! I would highly recommend Appfolio for small to medium property management companies.

AppFolio software meets all our needs for tracking service work orders, tenant receivables, property description & ownership identification. Online payments post effortlessly. The ability to file documents, reminders and tenant history in the tenant page make management of all aspects of tenant relations efficient. AppFolio is constantly upgrading the features it provides. Each month, the software has more useful features than the month before. Customer service is excellent. Responses to written questions are usually explained and resolved within a few hours, or certainly by the next business day at the latest. I recommend AppFolio without reservation to anyone seeking excellent property management software

The program is very comprehensive and user friendly. It is so intuitive that you can just sit down & start using it without any training. The Appfolio team is professional, friendly, quick to respond to inquiries & always finds the answer.

Appfolio is THE answer to all of our software needs!

Worst part is your property inspection. It crashes often during use. It is very cumbersome and takes forever to do. Pictures are not great
