The translation from Mandarin to English is horrible. Gram was translated to Kilogram. I have provided an accurate translation for specific names and address, but the translator did not even bother to copy and paste it in the translated document.

Incorrect Translation of Documents - Translation of documents by ASAP are not consistent with the other documents (birth certificates) previously translated by ASAP and my Fiance Ukrainian issued passport (with USA Tourist Visa). My fiance name in ASAP recent order (Divorce Document) does not match her Ukrainian issued passport name and does not meet the Ukrainian translation standards. If submitted, UCIS will reject the documents and K1 Application. I now will have to resubmit all the documents to another agency and pay a second time to have the same documents translated from Ukrainian to English. How can ASAP can guarantee 100% acceptance by UCIS and all government agencies if the translation is inconsistent in three different instances. They refused to make corrections and address these inconsistencies and accuracy of their translation services.

Hi, there. Very rude and bad service. 442 words been translated for 5 days. I asked to correct one word many times, it did not happened. Somebody asked me to confirm my paper, I did not do that because one mistake was still there. I tried to communicate, no names, no phone numbers, very secrete. Unprofessional translation and rude communication with unknown person. I asked about returning money because I did not confirm translated document. He/she promised to return the money only the amount they usually using for delivery service. No word about to retune the whole amount. Stay far away from this agency.

No phone to contact them. Late deliver only after I disputed payment. Notarization appears fraudulent. There's not even a translators name on the letter they sent and no authentication at all on the translation itself. ATA Certification # they gave is invalid. Just stay away it's a scam!
