I called customer service to fix the mistake that they did. I corrected your mistake, but they were still unable to have the Mistake corrected on the file. The communication was slow and non-reliable. I just hope that in the future you guys will listen better to the customers.

I placed 2 orders translate 2 documents.. At the end they sent 1 combined finish translated document in pdf file to save their processing time. This is not I, the customer, wanted and paid for two finish translated documents

The translation was not grammatically correct in some sections, and seemed like it was put through Google Translate. I wish they had proofread their translation before sending it to me, because while the topics/ideas were conveyed, it was missing punctuation and had incorrect verb tenses.
