The translation was quick but they confuse my documents with other customer.since they correct the issue I give them 4 stars.

Pretty straight forward. Fill out form. Drag & drop document. The box with special/unique/difficult words to be translated is a little confusing. Particularly if you are not the original author of the document.

Great timing, communication about updates, not that great.

It actually took longer than what they originally expressed that it would take to process the translation. I had to reach out to them and threaten to cancel the transaction if I didn't hear from them in a timely manner before they proceeded to email me the translated document. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and will recommend them to anyone looking for translation services. Just know that you have to be on their behind to get the job done and that can be annoying.
