Penalized for being financially responsible
Since we don't really use credit cards and paid off our mortgage, we got penalized $50 a month for being financially responsible. We save up our money to buy things. We have not missed a payment in over 25 years even during hard times. Since we pay cash for just about everything, they say we our a credit risk. Get real, use a better system to rate your clients. Being penalized, because we don't have enough credit cards or a mortgage or a car payment. Things are seriously wrong with this picture.

Your company needs to offer an…
Your company needs to offer an alternate insurance for a person who has paid a term policy faithfully. ex $20,000 for $ 100 plus so one at least has burial funds.

No one ever called me back so I'm not even sure why I am receiving a survey. What am I supposed to survey when no one called me?
