Bought their program in 2019, it was the body weight program athlean zero. It helped me build muscle and make progress with my fitness when I was low on money. I really appreciate Jeffs knowledge and advice, his programs only focus on what you need to do to get results, no fluff or distractions

Phenomenal program. Really works, great mix of strength and endurance workouts to maximize the benefits and train your body like an athlete. Excellent service. I had an issues that required multiple follow ups to get the resolution but both kindness and patience. Very impressive service.

i purchased a course, however videos didn't play due to my browser. there was no indication of what browsers were supported! anyway i contacted support about the issue but didn't help much resolving the issue. however in the end i asked for a refund and got one. so overall i cant complain too much. when i get a supported browser i will purchase again. just make sure you check browser compatibility before buying!

Judith is the customer support god!!!!!. Super helpful and so polite, just dealing with customer service like this makes we wanna be with this company longer. Helped me out for a few days on my problem (I mean literal days) with my bank and just human error. Days of trying to figure this out, Judith came through Like a good friend does.

I have been training with Athlean X now for two years. I started with AX 2 and then completed NXT. If you're looking for any shortcuts, this is not the program for you. Jeff and his team give you real advice with no BS. The workouts are grueling but the gains that I have achieved have been incredible. The thing with Athlean x, the workouts never get easier or boring. Jeff constantly mixes it up, confusing your muscles. Also, the layout of the nutrition plan is a great guideline on how to stay consistent, yet actually enjoy what you eat! The customer service department is top of the line! They respond to your requests promptly and always give great advice/instruction. Due to pandemic, I've had to swap numerous exercises and the support team has been very supportive in helping me pick the right choices during this time. I look forward to continuing to train with Athlean X for life! Keep up the great work! PS: The supplements are great as well! Jeff
