Tertulia is the best website experience I’ve had. It far surpasses my past experiences. The site is easy to understand, user friendly, and if you do get stuck the support team is quick to respond and are helpful. I appreciate this platform and those who designed and operate it.

I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't find the set-up to be more intuitive or to require more support. We are continuing to develop training videos and content for new users, but we hear you that there needs to be more. Feel free to set up a one-on-one demo with our team any time!

It was almost embarrassingly painless to build my website with Tertulia. I have over 50 books published and in just a few minutes, they'd somehow managed to pull in all of them, along with covers and blurbs. Mercy! Add to that the excellent support team who have responded quickly and clearly to my questions and you have a world class solution. I have already helped two of my author friends build their sites with Tertulia as well. Thank you!!

Not only is this website easy to create and use, but the customer service is outstanding. I love how I can personalize all the details to make my site unique. It's incredibly simple to add books and reviews, and all the pages are customizable. They are always adding new features, which is helpful to stay up-to-date on trends and marketing.

I think they tried to cover too much, existing platform, how to set it up, things we might do or plan to do, etc. I think a session "set up your site” going slowly through the options might have been more helpful. I’ve got my site set up and I’m quite pleased, but I’m sure I only can use 20% if capabilities. But it was SO easy to set up!
