Paid for Next day shipping. They shipped the wrong product and won't reimburse the next day shipping. Really nice customer service, but no results.

Overall, easy to navigate your site and choose options. The only problem was with your shipping. Ordered on 29th of November, your site said 2 to 3 days to process and for building etc... I got a notification that it was shipped on the 4th of December and delivery on the 6th. I called on the 7th because the FedEx site changed to pending for delivery. I sent an email to customer service and support on the 6th. Person I spoke with on the 7th told me he saw my emails and would contact shipping and get back to me by end of day. On the 8th, no call back and then I checked FedEx and the updated delivery was the 11th of December.Still no call back from anyone. I haven't started my project yet, due to scheduling with client. As soon as that's completed, I will update if I can. I may purchase from them again, I have in the past, but that was some time ago. Depends how things go with the server setup.

Hey Paul, Our sincere apologies for the delay in the shipment of your purchase. Unfortunately, due to the holiday season, our operations along with FedEx have fallen behind, which is not an excuse. Delays in shipments are not the norm for us here at Aventis Systems, but due to the unexpected volume, we have been experiencing operations have been lagging a bit. We would like to ensure you and others that after the holiday season our processing and shipping schedules will be back to normal. Our system is showing that your purchase has been delivered on 12/10/18, and if you need any further assistance with set-up please feel free to give us a call or send an email to [email protected]. We are always happy to help get IT done! Aventis Systems Team 1.855.283.6847

Aventis systems have many solutions in servers incompatibles in memory type and CPU models. I buy a promotions offered for aventis. Buy one and get one (bogo). In this promotions they offered the processor intel xeon L5520 with memory 1333MHz. The servers has been received but memory is 8500R (1066MHz) and never I was never notified of the change. When I complain that I did not get what I asked for on my bill they indicate that they are incompatible (since they promoted and armed the solution). they asked me to solve the problem I must buy another CPU. They have not sent me the memory I bought yet.
