Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

I have a 14 lb Jack Russell Terrier and bought these bowls for her food. I use glass bowls for her water. The bowls are just the right size and when she eats, she eats the kibble one by one instead of gulping them. She gets them out of the bowl easy and there is no mess under any lip or anywhere where the food could get lodged under. The bowls are excellent and they clean up very easily. I love them and my little girl does too! The company is excellent and I received my order exactly as described. I believe I received it earlier then expected. GREAT BOWL!

I try to buy USA made products whenever I can and if they cost a bit more, so be it. I was especially happy when I came across Basis Pet during my search for dog bowls made in the USA, and even happier when they were located in Vermont! The stainless steel dog bowls and bowl holders are of excellent quality, and the shipping was fast with excellent communication throughout the whole process.

best stainless steel bowls on the market for pets. Product is just as described on site and product was received quickly after placing order.

When my senior dog began having liver and kidney issues, I wanted to take all precautions to insure that he was not being poisoned by the food bowls made cheaply - out of the United States. I found the Basis Pet website and ordered 6 new bowls for my dogs after determining these were quality products AND made in the USA. While this may not be the cure for my senior dog's health issues, I can eliminate one possible source of his discomfort - the same for my other 2 dogs as well. PLUS I received the products in a very timely manner.

Products and service from Basis Pet are excellent. Their pet food bowls are the only ones I use. I feel I can trust the safety of their materials and their manufacturing process. And the bowl stands are taller than any others I found. I have highly recommended this company to friends.

I have some ideas on how to elevate the bowls using the same components . Cameron

The bowls are a great sturdy weight. The stands are fine for my older less food crazy dog. My puppy is able to move his bowl out of the stand especially when trying to get every last morsel. I definitely recommend buying from thus company.

Fantastic customer service and product! The dog bowls are beautifully made and look great. I needed to order a different size and Mike was very kind and exchanged them without any hassle. It was a pleasure working with him and I recommend this to all pet owners who want to have a safe, sustainable product for their beloved pet.
