I was very pleased with the BeaverCraft knives I obtained through amazon.com. But not all BeaverCraft knives can be obtained that way. So I ordered S05 - Geometric Wood Carving Knives Set on August 23, 2022 directly from the BeaverCraft website and on August 25 I was notified via email that it was shipped. The tracking apt "Shop" was silent so on September 8 (21 days later) I assume the delay was due to the egregious russian invasion and resulting war. So I decided to contact BeaverCraft customer service. Alex (of BeaverCraft) replied with tracking information which I checked dailey and eventually saw progress? And I received the knives on September 29. So the shipment took 34 days 2 weeks later than expected. But they arrived in good shape and are excellent. I have ordered another knife and have discovered I can simply track it with USPS tracking service and the tracking number that is provided in the confirmation e-mail. There is long span of silence from the moment a parcel leaves Kyve until it arrives in New York. There was a recent backlog of ships unloading in New York thay may have also contributed to the delay. Anyway. Alex was very helpful and responded immediately to my inquiry. All of the 18 knives and gouges I have bought from BeaverCraft (directly or via amazon) have been excellent. BeaverCraft has excellent customer service. I look forward to buying more tools from them and I hope they expand the variety of carving tools that they offer.

Dear Beavercraft. I use to use BC knives since 2020. Somehow i like Your knives and occassionally buy some new (ORDER #1329)... So any, shortening the long... - I find out to buy my two new knives from BC directly. And it was a really bad idea. (I really try to support your war efforts and I find out to purchase stuff directly form Ukraine and etc...). So, Today our National Postal service informed me: The tax office imposed a duty on me (f.cked me with 25 EUROS!)... AND Hungarian Postal service fined me additional 3 euros for postal delivery fee... -But, Your parcel delivery was FREE... That's NOT fair... (28 Euros extra fee for nothing... and only 36 euros for my two new dream knives) Im totally with you and totally against our slimy weasels at Hungarian Postal Services... But, but this is sucks... I recommend you three solution: 1, If you order something from a non eu county, the TAX and Services find out the TAX fee after the price of the parcel... so, if you hide price detail, they can't fine the order (NOT take any withdraw to thje parcel... jast emial withdraw...) 2, As soon as possible forget Hungarian Postal Services... They are far the worst service in hungary. There is many many other services and they are all cheaper, friendlier and faster...) 3, ALL GIFT PARCELS under 45 euros are TAX FREE! So, if you give a sticker as a Gift, or before busket purchase you code some wheel of fortune option, you could save a lot of money and sourness for you buyers... So, I'm hate this situation, and I hate our national postal service, and above our TAX office... but Still with you in my heart, and I still plan to buy stuff directly from BC... Best Wishes... Superb service in these troubled times. Items delivered in good time. I received the spoon carving starter kit including strop and compound. More than happy with the quality all extremely sharp. Cant wait to start carving. Will definitely buy again. Thank you beavercraft 🇺🇦
