I place my oder two weeks ago the label is created but UPS don't have the package yet, so I'm very disapointed with the service, I can't evaluate the product since I don't have it

Best tools for the price..you can just get them from Amazon. I use Beavercraft own web site too. The ship next day and about 10 days to USA CALIF. from Ukraine. The home web site has extra items. They share profits to help war victims..

Shipping is ridiculously slow. That’s not the issue though. The problem is they won’t provide any update on the shipping status. I’m almost 3 weeks in and have nothing to go off of.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z jakości dłut i noży. Cały zestaw od Beaver Craft został świetnie zapakowany. Nie było również problemu z wymianą zestawu dla leworęcznych na praworęczny. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z jakości obsługi i informacji o zamówieniu. Ponieważ zamawiałem zestaw z usługą UPS Express paczka dotarła do mnie z Rumunii w jeden dzień! Szok :) Cieszę się również, że produkowane dłuta pochodzą z Ukrainy i tworzone są przez ludzi ze słowiańskimi korzeniami oraz pasją do drewna. Wrócę tu napewno na kolejne zakupy. Dziękuję i będę polecał gdzie się da. Pozdrowienia z Polski dla całego zespołu Beaver Craft.

Even with repeated emails asking about the status of my order I have received no reply to ANY of them. Besides a ridiculously long delivery time, not even having the courtesy to let me know the status of my order is poor customer “service”. Of which there is none. Also no contact phone number should be a red flag as well. Do not trust or deal with this company.
