Made me aware I am loosing my life

Best app I’ve used! Actually helps create new habits. 12/10!

It has helped me overcome scrolling habits

this app actually holds me accountable and does lower my screen time, it’s kind of a pain at first but then u get used to it as u adapt!

I think this app is a powerful tool. I would like to be able to select/unselect specific apps to silence, not groups.

works great!

Helped me stop scrolling so mucnh

Interactive part actually forces you to make conscious decision about using distracting apps
