Order placed and shipped Sept. 11, 2023. Received item Sept. 23, 2023. Tracking had it arriving Sept. 16. Not sure what happened but guide a time between order and receipt. First time ordering have reservations about ordering again. Item was as described.

Hi Michael, We apologize that the order was not received when expected. The order was handed to our carrier the same day as you can see on the shipping log. There is not much we can do after the carrier has taken possession of the package. We hope you understand.

The product doesn't work. I have purchased ghost bond before and was satisfied. This time it doesn't maintain a hold.
