Excellent service speed and communication. The test arrived in good time, was easy to follow, and I received results well within the promised time-frame. They were very helpful and adjusting the wording on the certificate to meet the requirements of the country we are travelling to. Suggestion: Would be great if they could have offered discounts for multiple tests.
