Everything about this is wonderful. The ease of signing up, finding a therapist, figuring out what exactly it is you're even looking for, keeping you on track, acting as a live journal, literally everything. Then you add the fact that they take insurance, and there's just no beating BetterHelp!

You get to really nitpick in the choosing of your therapist. I’ve been with mine I’m not sure how long, maybe a year? Regardless this is a great thing that’s going on.

Absolutely AWFUL! My therapist was okay but she talked about herself more than me. Also, I got surprised billing when I was told it would be covered by insurance. I also got double charged.

I’m incredibly grateful to have found my counsellor through BetterHelp. Unlike with traditional psychologists, where you often have to wait weeks or even months for an appointment, there are no waiting times. I can get the support whenever I need it, which has been incredibly valuable to me. I truly appreciate having this kind of support!

It was very easy to get my first appointment and to find a qualified and amazing therapist. The connectivity is easy, the sessions are wonderful, my therapist is the best and has helped me tremendously, and I think that BetterHelp is definitely a wonderful place to find the help that you need when you’re looking for a therapist. My therapist is in Florida and I live in Maryland and I’m so glad that I was connected with her. She’s perfect for everything I needed.

BetterHelp is really great if you’re working a lot or just don’t have time to go in person or pay tons of money for a therapist, the therapists are great and I can tell they have experience and want to help as best they can, I would recommend this app to anyone who needs to talk and needs someone there in their corner who doesn’t know their every detail of being.
