I recommend Better Health, I initially started using the service for the ease of access and the anonymity as a trans woman just starting to accept who she was on the first steps of her journey, the questionnaire matched me with a professional with experience targeted to my experience

Pretty convenient for those of us working through this pandemic, as I can contact my therapist via text any time and my therapist and I have a weekly video session when I have time off. They ask you questions when you first start (do you want a therapist who's LGBTQ+ friendly? someone that specializes in trauma? etc) which I feel matches you with a therapist pretty well.

I’ve loved using BetterHelp so far! I am able to switch counselors if I need to, and I love being able to journal in the app. The worksheets that I’ve filled out have given me a lot of insight too, and the seminars are really nice for when I need to dig a little deeper. I would definitely recommend BetterHelp, and have to some of my friends and family already. It’s so nice to have this available on my phone!

Total scam, the got my money and only offered on session of therapy after that they refused to answer and schedule any appointment. I'm calling my bank to report fraud

Better Help is an excellent service and has helped me immensely find peace in my struggle with paranoid schizophrenia. My counsellor helped me to turn around my damaging way of thinking and has given me insight into my illness allowing me to get to a place where I feel safe, and happy in my life with things just the way that they are. As a Christian I was also thankful to receive counselling from a Christian, as well as a psychological perspective, (you can choose which type of counsellor you would like to work with) in my opinion this was crucial to my recovery. I have learnt so much and recommend this service to everyone whether you have a diagnosis or not. Proverbs 11:14 KJV Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety. Very fairly priced in my opinion also.
