Absolute disgrace. At no point whilst asking for personal info or issues do they mention any kind of payment but as soon as they know all of your private info they then drop that it costs money. Also they won't delete your account no matter what they do. Should be investigated and banned.

BetterHelp quickly matched me up with a counselor who has been very supportive and helpful so far. They offer a variety of ways to receive support. My only complaint is that the app is kind of clunky, but it is functional.

Rachel has been AMAZING. I was very hesitant to try therapy as I have had poor experiences with it in the past. She is very easy to talk to - makes me feel very comfortable. She is non-judgemental and provides excellent resources. I am looking forward to continuing my therapy with her as she has already made such a difference for me.

BetterHelp is a great service. I really enjoy the counselors, price, and daily texting. The one thing that needs to be updated is the phone calls need to be LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES. This short time 1X/week is not long enough to dive deeply into complex problems. The phone calls need to be 45 minutes to an hour at the minimum.

I don’t know whether I just got a bad therapist considering all the good reviews, but I felt like I was talking to myself. I would go into great detail to how I’m feeling, and would get a 1 sentence reply every 2 days or so. She never asked me any questions etc so I felt like I was kind of running out of stuff to say... everything I did say she didn’t respond or ignored that part and just replied with a quote. I saw one review saying it felt like a bot, and I’m starting to think the same. Super disappointed.
