Run away! They'll qoute you one thing but you get charged another. Took them days to get back to me. Then when they did my qoute for $2900 for a loader and excavator went to $3400 for just the excavator. Use a REAL local company not these Cali coms.

This is outsourced and they cannot guarantee certain size forklifts. Due to this they sent us oversized forklifts that would not fit into a standard bay door. Upon notifying them of this they said that they needed to cancel the order and rebook. Upon trying to rebook is when I was told that they cannot guarantee the size of the lift upon arrival. Needless to say we did not rebook. Two weeks go by and I paid $2100.00 to have them "attempt" to deliver the forklifts. I disputed the charges and was told "sorry not our fault". Go with a local company!!!!!!!

this is a 3 rd party vendor. If you rent anything from them. Your paying more because your NOT doing directly to the vendor. They may get it done. But why pay more. Every item must be delivered so they can increase the sale twice the regular price, ie delivery fees

Onn 5/1/2023 I rented a boom lift to do some tree work on a mountain little did I know we were unable to use lift since on the mountain ground s unlevel which we explained to the sales person which knew nothing exactly what she was a person to take my money. We did not use the machine at all due to being afraid of flipping it,I called the company several times all promising to call me back never did except 1 person Name Al and all he said was supervisior was in a meeting for 2 days still no phone call. Now i find out they will not refund money so they are keeping my 985.00 even though my husband never used the machine this is really bad business i told them to check hours on machine they will see we never used it but just to keep our 985.00 is total bull$$$$. I would not refer these people to anyone BEWARE!!!!!!!Still fighting for my refund

BE AWARE ! Total scam it’s best to go through the actual rental places they are third party and jack up the prices of the rental. Disputing a charge from them right now on a backhoe was delivered with a low tire so they had someone come out and air it up now they want to charge me $500 dollars. If you want to get ripped off by all means use them but me I will never use these scam artists again.

This company is a total scam. I never received the equipment and delayed my project by a week.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to rent a mini ex and the initial person said no they couldn’t provide at first so I was going to move on to somewhere else. The rep proceeded to argue with me telling me I would never find it anywhere. Then said I misinterpreted what she said that they may be able to provide it. At this point I asked for a manager and found out that the first answer of no was correct. Complete waste of time with terrible customer service! Stay away!! Especially if u need equipment in an emergency situation because they have a 48 hour minimum according to the supervisor.

Warning!! Don't use this company. After paying for a boom and getting a confirmation call I still got the wrong equipment. I had a job scheduled and a crew waiting for a boom lift to take down a couple large trees, but never got the boom I needed. This cost me a days work and hundreds of dollars in labor. Not to mention the reputation of my company. They told me they don't guarantee delivery, so you might or might not get your equipment. Don't risk your job and labor on a maybe. Go anywhere else.
