Easy to get a quote and make a reservation. Company followed up promptly when lift was late (not their fault). Highly recommend.

The item we rented, the delivery, and the sales assistance we experienced was fantastic. The ONLY reason I don't award 5 stars is that it cost quite a bit more than our local rental yard. If the cost would come down by 20%, BigRentz, Inc. would be 5+ stars!!!!!

Machine worked great, late on the delivery. Rented the machine for a day but is still sitting in the driveway ten days after.
