Promptly after receiving Ron’s feedback on Trustpilot, we reached out to him and have cleared up his misunderstandings and have addressed his concerns. Birch Gold Group’s policies are navigated through transparency and integrity and do not have bait and switch practices. We have confirmed through his portfolio positions that he received all the metals he purchased, and he is currently in profit should he decide to sell the metals. Unfortunately, another Precious Metals dealer has been speaking to Ron and feeding him false information, but we believe we had a productive conversation, and we hope it provided Ron with the clarity he needed. We encourage him to call us should he need anything in the future.
