The staff walked me through the process. Did not even know the exact name of some companies, but the staff help find where my 401ks were and helped get them switched.

i was a concerned consumer, with the election of a President that is spending foolishly, i felt my money i had saved was now vulnerable. i heard on a radio show x22 report about Gold and Silver being a option. so i called and it was a great experience. my mind is at ease knowing a good amount of my investments were switched to Gold and Silver. I heard about Birch Gold from a reputable source. I researched several direct purchase Gold suppliers and settled on Birch Gold.
