I’m very happy with my purchase! Pjs are so cute and the blue colour is lovely. Looks elegant. Customer service was also excellent and the item arrived early.

The sizes for the dress I ordered didn't match the measurements at all and I ended up having to go down two sizes. Also, the website wouldn't allow me to make an exchange, only a return, so I had to go through customer service to sort things out. That was all very frustrating and took months to sort out so my dress arrived the week of the wedding, which was very stressful. That being said, the customer service was incredible and Kristin was so helpful and made sure I got my dress on time!

The box is soaking wet and i have pictures for the reference. I wish the delivery of the package was done better considering the rain throughout the day. Delivery person left the package in the mail box area covered in water. The suit and plant inside is also wet so i do not know about the quality of the product I have received yet

I ordered a dress based off my normal measurements- received dress and was way too tight in the bust to even zip (Medium). Sent back to Birdy Grey for exchange and ordered same style in Large. Was originally told 1 week with additional $10 charge for RUSH shipping. The delivery date got pushed back even farther and was told there was an issue at customs. I emailed them to get a dress sent to me STAT, best offer given was to refund me my money and look somewhere local. NOT HAPPY with the company at all, or their response to said salutation. Leaving me 3 weeks to scramble to find a dress....

I purchased items for a bridal party- ties and socks. They had the same color name and looked the same color so I purchased them together. Once the arrived, it was clear they were not even close to the same color. The ties worked wonderfully, but the socks would not work. Birdy Grey Customer service was wonderful to work with to fix my issue at no additional cost to me to make our event a success
