Order received two days from purchase date and items were well packaged with no issues. They carry the engine oil, oil filter and fuel filter I needed which kept me from having to use multiple distributors to purchase the items needed. Definitely will be purchasing from them again in the future! - 2014 Audi Q7

Order this product on April 28th and have been trying to track but it seems like it may be lost as it hasn't moved since may 5th, 2021

Hi Barry, we're sorry your international order is taking longer than expected to reach you. Unfortunately many shipping carriers including USPS and Canada Post are still suffering from COVID-related delays due to increases in shipments, customs backups, and employee shortages at various package delivery hubs. However, while USPS tracking does not show an update since May 5th, it is likely due to the package being transferred to Canada Post for final delivery. As shown in the Canada Post tracking below as of May 11th it is in transit. We recommend signing up for delivery updates for the package from Canada Post and allowing a few extra days for delivery. If after a few additional days it is still not delivered, please reach back out to us via our website and we'll do our best to help!
