Blauparts is my go to source for Ravenol products and other parts for my Audi. Recently I did a major brake service and having their resources for resetting the electronic brake was very helpful. Cheers to the team, keep up the good work!

Delivery was prompt and correct, packaging was excellent and even though one of the oil containers leaked it was contained in the packaging and the leaky bottle was promptly replaced. Thank you!

I order a kit for transmission service base on the year and model of my vehicle,(2006 E-500 Mercedes). Blauparts, told me what KIT I required. And it was not correct. After I had drained fluid ,removed filter and gasket I realize,I had the Wrong parts. I went to local MBenz dealer and purchased the correct Gasket and Filter. Installed and used the fluid sent with kit. Two days later Blauparts first asked what was the correct parts via Email. Then tells me I can get an( in store credit) for returned unused parts and that if the filter and gasket aren't correct than.... The fluid is wrong also(Revnol synthetic). I was not familiar with it. Took car to a Benz shop authorize Tech And had trans serviced like I SHOULD have done to begin with!!! $360.72 I give Blauparts credit for at least showing concern and frequent email follow ups. But their( link )to return part is a confusing joke and people don't want IN-STORE credits.... They want their money back, Especially when the screw-up wasn't theirs. One and Done!

Hi Anthony, we're sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us and our returns! The 2006 Mercedes-Benz E-500 is optioned with both a 5-Speed automatic and a 7-Speed automatic transmission. We offer two different Automatic Transmission Fluid and Filter Change Kits to service these transmissions. One kit is for the 7-speed and one is for the 5-speed. Due to the many variables and fitment options on a vehicle it is always good practice to confirm the exact vehicle make, model, transmission type, and in some cases all wheel drive or rear wheel drive information before trying to perform any DIY maintenance service. This will ensure you receive the correct parts and fluids. We also recommend that all customers use our “Vehicle Fitment” tab found on our products before ordering parts. This area lists the product model fitment variables and differences that should be confirmed before ordering our products. If you are unsure of your exact vehicle, make, model, engine, and transmission type. We encourage you to have an automotive service facility in your local area who is familiar with your vehicle perform your service.
