Everything about this experience was great. I found the fireplace insert that I wanted at an actual fireplace store in New York and wanted to see if I could get a better price which was close to half of what the store in New York was charging. The order came very quickly, and I am quite happy with my purchase. Could not recommend this website more. Good on you! Best, Paula
