The fireplace ash-bin I ordered was received broken- the welds/solder points were poorly done and the sides collapsed on itself. We had to drill into the side panels of the bin and screw the sides together. I kept the bin because I didn't want to go through the trouble of re-ordering or getting a refund. Also, the other sites were selling the same item at ridiculously inflated prices.

I needed 6,000 BTU wall heaters for a new construction and could find them nowhere else but here. Communication was very responsive and timely. I was sent a wrong item. When that was brought to CS's attention, it was immediately addressed. Items were shipped quickly.

Dear T or M, We are apolgize that your experience was less than stellar. However we are a bit confused since the last communication received from you was "final delivery has been made. it was a pleasure doing business with you. THANX AGAIN!". Although we do show that an email showing the shipping details was sent out, occasionally different filters and systems will block our communications. We trust that you are enjoying your burner/log set combination and hope that you provide us with a chance to be of service in the future. Sincerely, The Blazzing Fire Team
