I found the best price at blazzingfire.com looking for a Dimplex Revillusion log set. The purchase and delivery went smoothly and I’m very pleased with my new electric fireplace logs.

Packing was terrible

Their customer service is great. We ordered a fireplace but had to ultimately cancel shortly after we placed the order (no fault of theirs) and they were able to cancel the order before it shipped and refund us. Very professional and nice about it all. Thank you!

Excellent delivery.

The sales person was very personable and the price was very fair but the product has not yet been installed. If there are any problems ,how they handle the warranty will be the most important factor. Hopefully it will work fine with no issues.
