Excellent Customer Service
Blazzing Fire has excellent customer support. This is MOST important in today's world, and it is RARE. I had an issue with a product I purchased. I emailed customer support and received a timely response. My issue was addressed and corrected to my satisfaction with professionalism and speed. In any business, there will be an occasional issue that needs to be addressed but if it is handled quickly and fairly, I will remain a loyal customer. Thank you Blazzing Fire!

I purchased a fireplace
I purchased a fireplace, the order was out of stock. So they canceled my order. The problem is no one called me to notify me. On their website, I couldn’t find the cancellation. I found an e mail in my spam e mail that finally said what happened. This was truly so unprofessional and I will not be ordering again.

Dear Marcelo and Catherine, It is regrettable that your experience with Blazzing Fire was far less satisfying than you had expected. As an online retailer, Blazzing Fire offers thousands of items. Many of them are stocked in our warehouse. However, some are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The later is the case with the item you ordered. To complicate the issue, the item was not only out of stock at the manufacturer, but upon placing your order, they informed us that they had discontinued the item as well. As an apology, in the email, we did offer the most comparable item as an alternative that was available to ship immediately at a discounted rate to alleviate some of the frustration. Again, our apologies for the frustration this has caused. As a suggestion, we advise that when placing orders with any online retailer, enter the website URL in your accepted email filter to avoid important information from being trapped in spam folders.
