The heat shield looks great
The heat shield looks great, the only thing is that its a little short in size for the 2 sides. Its not quite long enough but if I want a size bigger then the back would not fit correctly. I love it, and I have it installed. I would highly recommend this product, and company to anyone. Great product...

Shipping was an issue but finally got it. A little pricey but appears to be a quality pipe for starting fires.

Dear Lonzo, We are happy to hear that you are pleased with the log lighter bar. It was regrettable that the item got hung up in the USPS facility for a couple days. Unfortunately, we have to deal with that issue on occasion. Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing both in service and product choices. Best Regards, The Blazzing Fire Team

They took forever to get my item shipped. As a matter of fact they didn’t ship it until I canceled my order, then magically 20 minutes later my order was shipped. Now I’ll have 2 because I bought it elsewhere.

Dear Sheila, We deeply regret if your order caused any confusion or frustration. Although we try to keep items in stock at all times, we are sometimes faced with a manufacturers delay. Such is the case with your order for the valve that was ordered. Upon receiving your request for cancellation, we did as requested. No order was shipped and the authorization on your credit card was released. It is regrettable that a system glitch appears to have indicated shipment. Rest assured, there was no shipment and you will not have two items with which to contend. Once again, we do apologize for any confusion. If you would like to discuss the situation further, please call us at 866-238-9228 and ask for our manager Robert. Sincerely, The Blazzing Fire Team
