I ordered 7 motorized blinds from Blindster. Their blinds were more than $100 cheaper, per blind, than the motorized blinds I bought for my previous house. These are just as high quality and the Blindster motor is significantly quieter as well. Here’s the most impressive part….I sent in the wrong measurement for one of my blinds, it was 15 inches too short. They remade the blind, with the correct measurements, for $20 + the price difference of the additional length. The totall for the remake was $68 (full price was $300). You cannot beat that level of customer service. I highly recommend Blindster!

Thank you so much, Cliff! We’re thrilled to hear you’re happy with both the quality of your motorized shades and the value compared to your previous purchase. We’re especially glad our team was able to make the remake process easy for you. We truly appreciate your recommendation!

Customer service is not responding to my messages. I have reached out multiple times and no one is answering my questions.I have ordered numerous shades from this company over the years. Customer service was always good. Unfortunately that is no longer the case.

We’re very sorry for the slow response time during the holiday weekend, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. That is not the level of service we aim to provide. We’re glad to see your issue has been taken care of, and we appreciate your continued business over the years. Please know our team is always here to support you, and we hope to serve you better in the future.

Great price, quality, and customer service! I'm so pleased with Blindster. My initial order arrived quickly and the quality of the product was impressive. Installation was quick and easy. I made a mistake on one of the shade measurements and after a quick call to Blindster, they helped me correct the issue. Wonderful experience overall... definitely recommend!

Ordered previously from this company and great product. Ordered a second time with even BETTER customer service! I misunderstood something on my order and instead of the order going through incorrectly, the company caught it and reached out to correct it and verify. 100 percent happy with the products and customer service!
