This was our second time working with Blindster. We appreciated the quality of craftsmanship of our first blinds and at their extremely competitive prices felt confident to place our second order. Even when there was a mistake on my end, they helped me come to a great and completely satisfactory solution.

I was impressed because I had no problem with their website. I was able to view their products and find what I wanted and order it online. Later that day, I realized that I ordered the wrong size. I called them (make sure they ordered the correct size) before the order was put in.

I placed a order on April 22, 2025 I recieved it May 5, 2025 When I open the box to review the order I looked at the blids and noticed the color was not Ivory it was Beige, That was the first thing wrong with the blind holding up the blind to window noticed it was short in window frame I orderd 20in blind in 19 1/2 2nd thing Wrong with Blind, Ive been trying since May 5 dealing with Blindster to get a REFUND so I can get Blinds for my Home, I have dealt with 3 different persons now its being sent to production, Why is a good question? They caused the problem. I just would like my refund to eliminate the disaster of a transaction! Dealing with the company has been a nightmare!

We ordered a large shade for one side of our screened in porch where we get a lot of sun. The shade is fantastic. Helps with glare and heat, was easy to install, and the pull cord works great. We got the dark shade which is the best for clarity. Excellent service.
