I think everyone is complaining about the Kickstarter shipping but I order the Errant and it came a week later like promised with no issues whatsoever. The backpack is worth every cent, with high end materials being used, making it built to last at least a good 5 years (of very heavy duty usage). My friend had ordered one as well and also had no issues.

DONT ORDER GOODS AT BOUNDARY SUPPLY. They will not deliver anything, and won't give you any information on the shipping. After more than 2 months and reading these reviews here I have requested a full refund within a few working days otherwise i will take legal action.

Ordered (not "PRE"-ordered, not via Kickstarter, but on their site for the full price!) and was told it takes two weeks to arrive. It's been over 4 months and I have heard nothing but lame excuses.

Ordered over 3 months ago and still no arrival of products. Constant updates from customer services however these just turn out to be delay tactics, contacting paypal regarding a refund as still no sight of a delivery let alone a shipping confirmation. Do not use these frauds

Ordered a bag and accessories back in June 2018. After months and months of emails finally got the bag ONLY in Feb/Mar. Was advised to make a new order for missing accessories and they would refund the items. So I did but they didn't refund so I claimed the refund via PayPal. They then cancelled the order so I still didn't get my replacement. These guys have robbed me to the tune of over $100. Also, their website reviews are spiked 310 5 star entries. Here's the last few comments on their kickstarter page, which are also hidden from public view (responding to the latest 'we're shipping soon honest!' message) "I’ve literally had a baby faster than these towels. It’s a joke. Send it so I can be done with this company and your garbage" (responding to a request to vote for them for some award) July 2019 "If only you had ever delivered my bag, I might have voted for you." "Before congratulations, where is my bag? I have not received anything at all." (June 2019 "we're shipping soon honest!" message) "August 10th. This campaign ended on August 10th. The original promised release date was October 2018. That makes something arriving in July 9 months late. You all make fabulous products. I am happy that I have my bag. But I've never been more stressed by the process of pre-ordering a product. When you ask someone to invest $100 and more in a product, there's a reasonable expectation that you're ready to handle that money and deliver on your product. Your insistence on creating a dozen or so accessories AFTER the campaign made that impossible. My Errant is awesome. I would have been thrilled to buy those accessories, say, 3 months ago, and have had my bag for Thanksgiving, and the accessories for 4th of July. Instead, I had months of stress and unnecessary confusion. Because of this specific Kickstarter, I don't expect I will ever again back something more expensive than the cost of a meal. It's not worth getting excited when you can't be bothered to communicate real timelines, or deliver even remotely close to your campaign promises. Most people won't take the time to reply, but judging from the tens of thousands of comments I had to paw through to get information while I awaited the product I'd started SO PROUD to back, I'm but one of many. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! HORRENDOUS! I ordered a backpack with all the accessories back on 5th October 2018. After a month I began wondering where my order was. I asked on 14th November. I was told, in summary, that I had made a "pre-order" not purchased the bag. (I do not believe this was the case at the time of me purchasing but I font have any proof of what was on the website) and was told it would be shipped on 15th December. I chased in December 14th and was then told it would be shipped early 2019. I chased 23rd Jan - Six days later I get a response and I am told it will be shipped out that week. So I ask for clarification as to when it will arrive - i was subsequently told it will ship on February 15th 1st February - I requested a refund. 14th May - I requested a refund. 15th May - they began offering me discounts on the order. 15th May - I again requested a refund because they couldn't give me an arrival date 15th May - they again offer me more discounts 16th May - I again request a refund. 16th May - They offer me a BIGGER discount and tell me they can send me some of the items that are already available 18th May - I say no and request a refund again 20th May - Some of the items arrive (but no bag to put them in!) and I'm angry since I requested a refund 22nd May - I tell them I give them a deadline of 1st week in June as I go travelling on 7th and I want to use the bag for that. If not I want a full refund. 22nd May - They say it's "understood" and ask me if i want the 15% discount they've offered. 22nd May - I say ONLY if the bag arrives before 7th June otherwise they need to send a courier to collect all the items they sent to me and provide a refund. May 22nd - They will update me if they will be able to fulfil this request June 4th - I am told "the X-PAC Errant and MK-2 Camera Case, is being prepared for dispatch as we speak." June 5th - I ask when will the bag arrive as i have a load of accessories and no bag to put them in June 5th - I'm told 2-3 days. June 11th - the bag still hasn't arrived and I've left on a trip. I request collection of the items from my mothers home and a full refund. June 12th - I am told that the return shipping will be at my expense and that I have to return it to the USA not to the Netherlands where their fulfilment centre is. June 13th - I make the point that the camera case STILL hasn't been shipped June 15th - They offer it to me in a different colour for free and will swap it for the right colour when it comes in. June 15th - I make clear my unhappiness at their business model and lack of clarity and their unprofessionalism in disregarding my instructions. I also make clear that they need to pay for any returns as per my previous emails. June 15th - I'm told they have issued me an RMA number and they will inform me when the items will be collected by a courier. June 18th - The RMAs arrive and I ask how the process works with collection of the goods since the 2 items they said were shipped out June 5th still havent arrived 2 weeks later! June 20th - They have sent multiple requests for a tracking number for collection and had no response. They were still altering the design I'm told. June 21st - I ask when the backpack will arrive. (I want it to arrive so I can return it and get the refund I asked for back in February!) June 22nd - I case again to know when the backpack will arrive June 22nd - They are still awaiting a tracking number June 24th - the backpack shipped today June 27th - The bag arrives with one of the accessories that was missing (Camera case still unavailable/wrong colour so they havent sent this) I ask when they will be collected. And ask for this asap as I want a refund. June 28th - My question isn't answered but I receive a generic email saying that they respect my decision that I no longer need the bag anymore and directed to their returns policy. A cowardly way to try and tell me that I have to return them at my expense. June 28th - They have requested the bag be collected for return and are "awaiting approval" June 29th - I ask how long this will take June 30th - I'm told they don't have the facility to pickup I have to follow the returns policy. i.e. it is my responsibility to pay for the return. July 1st 2019 - I refuse to return it without reimbursement. I'm livid at this point. AWAITING A RESPONSE THE SAGA CONTINUES. The facts are: + I placed an order in October 2018 + I was given false promises + Questions I asked were dodged + Requests for a refund were ignored + Items were sent in disregard to me cancelling the order + I made clear in advance the cost of return for these items would not be at my expense if they took it upon themselves to send them to me Utterly unprofessional and a shambles of a company. Regardless of the politeness of their emails, they do not answer your questions directly and waffle on like politicians without any answers. They try to placate you but without clarity. UPDATE I agreed that I would return the goods. ONLY as long as they refunded me in full for both the goods and the return postage. 3rd July - Bags returned at my expense £49.71 4th July - I'm informed that as soon as they receive confirmation of the return of their bags from their warehouse it will take "2 billing cycles" to process 4th July - I ask for clarification on what "2 billing cycles" means... does it mean 2 months? 5th July - YES! 2 MONTHS TO PROCESS A REFUND! So potentially by the time I receive a refund it will be September... ALMOST 1 YEAR SINCE I ORDERED THE GOODS!!! ABYSMAL

Poor quality control. Poor delivery estimates. Poor communications. They have great products once they get it right, but the time wasted emailing back and forth and sending incorrect orders back on my dime is not worth the hassle. If you believe in letting your dollars do the talking, then don't send it their way. They are 3 kickstarter projects in and they still haven't gotten their act together. That says something about that company.

This company, even if they have the products in stock, you still need to wait 2-4 weeks. I ordered a PK1 case after confirmation that they have it in stock in their Asia fulfilment center. According to their FAQ, if stocks are available, expect it to get shipped within 24-48 hrs of placing an order. I waited 3 weeks for it. They pushed their center to ship it out but weeks after weeks, nothing. I asked again, another staff said they ran out of shipping boxes so need to wait another 1 week. They refused to offer any compensations for the delays and immediately cancelled my order because i was upset and requested a cancellation. I requested to place a new order of the same price I paid earlier hoping for a quicker shipment instead. But they refused to do so. I suspect they lost my order among the “hundreds” of orders. So by placing a new order, i hope they could expedite it but they insist on charging me the full price instead of the goodwill price they offered for my Prima System delays and tons of hassles to receiving that backpack.
