Quick service, ando easy to order

Everything was great! The representative was very helpful & responsive. My order was handled quickly & shipping was fast. The only thing that stopped me from giving you 5 stars was the fact that your system did not accept my credit card. After 3 tries,he finally asked me if I had PayPal. He sent me a link & I promptly paid it. That's the only glitch. I love Box Components & will proudly buy again.

I had purchased the box components set after searching for components for a long time. Everything is of real high build quality but before I was able to ride the shifter had an issue. The cable was underneath the pawl and was unable to shift. I was still working on the project into the evening and I had a family ride the next day and needed to get this assembly done! I had sent an email and Alec responded very quickly, I ended up calling in to better speak about some issues and throughout the calls and emails I was blown away by the service given by the team at Box. Alec was able to help me solve the problem that night and was able to get riding the next day and had sent a new cable out to replace the one kinked in the shifter. The part quality is great, but I cannot say enough about how excellent the customer service was, and these days with most parts being "pretty good", the support end is where real value is and these guys knocked it out of the park on my first purchase. Thank you Alec and Team Box!!!
