Great part, Great stuff ... !!!!

I ordered the Box 2 Prime 9 group set for my Santa Cruz Chameleon. I’ve been running with a Shimano 11 speed on my Pivot Trail 429 and for the most part the shifting is great but now that I can have a larger range that is equal to the 12 speeds without all the extra ranges that are not needed I went ahead and ordered the same for the Pivot. This group set is designed well and shifts perfectly. Well worth the cost.

Was expecting to get the cassette pictured on the website with an alloy spider carrier but got one that was all steel and not as pictured. Not as described either, definitely frustrating.

I choose your components, due the flexibiliti to use it in MTB and gravel, also i'm on a budget, and your products have and incredible balance between quality and price.

Ordering was super simple. Product is absolutely EXCELLENT. Installation was a breeze, and the online instructional videos were directly on-point and super helpful. Box Two Prime9.... makes me seriously think my next bike might be a build-from-frame, since I'm going to want this groupset on basically every bike I ride now.
