Had some questions regarding the difference between some levels of groupsets. They were super helpful and ended up guiding me to the right setup, even going so far to ask where I ride and how I ride to get the best value and fit.

Order was quick and painless. All the items arrived undamaged. After installation the groupset exceeded my expectations with shift performance. Lots of stickers included, which I like.

Great customer support. Answered my question quickly and clearly without a bunch of bull and extra crap being thrown at me. A better than expected experience. You guys should go teach AT&T how to do customer service! Thanks!! 👍
