Problem is that the seat lid broke while seated. Connection completely broke off ... seems a design flaw. Great that the replacement part arrived quickly and was easy to install. Shipping was quite costly ... over $25 in the US. But waived when bought another item that itself is rather costly.

I absolutely love my air machine from Brondell. It was time to replace the filter so I went straight to your website and I know the three pack replacement is very expensive but lo and behold. I found them on sale for less than half price so I went ahead and bought two packages so I’m set for the next year and a half.

No where near the quality of the fresh spa purchased back in 2017. Very flimsy
