Installation was quick, simple, and very workmanlike. The installer was very informative and open to questions. The chair lift works to meet my expectations, and I feel that if I need help in the future with the apparatus, there will be a quick response!

The guys did a great job installing the stair lift.

after hip replacement without the chair lift I would have been confined to one floor of a 2 story house during recovery. with the chair lift I was able to enjoy my house and travel between floors with ease.

A bit noisy and bumpy which is expected over the pieces where they are melded together. I was just hoping for a smoother experience overall.

The technician who installed the chair lift was fantastic. He explained everything we needed to know, was respectful to my mother who often repeated questions. The chairlift itself is sleek and easy to get past. A quality product.

Great product. Takes a few tries for elderly user to get used to using independently but mastered in a week.
