Chair helps tremendously for family member who’s unable to climb stairs any longer. Disappointed in a failure that occurred in auto swivel of chsir at top of stairs when we’d only had lift for 2 months. Family member was stranded on second level of house over 3 hours before technician could arrive to create an override somehow to have chair go down to first floor, which cleared the way for person to descend stairs on foot
