This lift chair has, dramatically, made a huge difference in our daily work here. It helps move groceries, laundry, small items, a pregnant Granddaughter(on occasion), not to mention ourselves, from our first floor living area to our basement living and work area. Craig came to our house and explained everything. Mike and Lindell did an excellent job installing it. I like being able to bring grocery bags and laundry up on my new stairlift. The remotes are great also.
