So far so good with the stair chair. Strait line unit, no frills. There is a noticeable but small "bump" where two parts of the rail are joined together and there could be a quieter locking mechanism when the chair is swiveled to get in or out when it locks in place.

Just wanted to give special thanks and mention to DR DAREN for his outstanding installation and courteous explanations on how the Bruno stairlift worked. He came twice in same week to first install my mother in laws, Eed O’Malley’s lift then later in week to do my mother in laws sister, Joan Ruger’s one, which was right next door.
