I was impressed with the speed of the whole transaction from the initial visit to the installation of the stairlifts. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. The only reason we withhold 1 star is that we received the stair lift over a month later than we were told to expect it. The lift was installed soon after it arrived at the store, and it has worked very well so far. We're very happy to have it.
