This device is a real boon for my handicapped wife. She has gotten to the point where she cannot use the steps in our garage to get into or out of the house. Frankly, without the stairlift I don’t know what we would do.

It works exactly like we were told it would. The Chair and all of the components are of very high quality. The installers at Accessabilty Systems, Fernando and Jeff were true professionals. Their attention to details was incredible. They were kind and courteous. We respectful of was and our home.

From my first conversation with the staff, I felt that we were important. The salesperson, Bruce listened to us when he came to our home, obviously was experienced with his product, encouraged us to come to the showroom to try out the chair lift. The staff at the showroom were considerate and knowledgeable. The scheduling process worked well. The guys, Ezra and Dan, who installed the system knew what they were doing, and worked hard, while being fun and genial. The system, on week 2 works great, and the concerns about the daily trips up and down the stairs are so much easier, and I am less fearful of my partner falling down the stairs.

The instulation was quick and easy. Instructions for usage are simple.

Clean and nice install. Glad that we got the electric fold seat. I don’t like the beep when you don’t return it to the regular position

The stair lift is for the most part great. It enables me to be a bit more independent and gives me more security. Unfortunately one of the arms on the chair isn’t working properly. Hopefully that will be rectified asap. The installer notes that the arm wasn’t locking.

I did like the space, I think it could be closer to the hand rail
