The company came out and set it up quickly and professional. They explained the functions and had me try it out, so I understood what to do. My Mom picked it up pretty quick and uses it several times a day, to get where she wants to be.

Time for delivery was very important to us. While it would have been nice to wait for the curved custom-made lift, we didn’t have time for that. So we got two straight lifts within a couple of weeks of our initial enquiry. That solution is working well for us. We purchased the stairlift from 101 Mobility and they were great in the installation and follow up questions.

The sellers agent came to view the site prior to any financial agreement. After being satisfied that the proposed stairlift would work for us we agreed to the installation. The installer, Jesse, installed the stairlift very professionally and is considered excellent. I like the way the stairlift operates and the safety features it has on it.
