Our sales representative was thorough, knowledgeable, and very patient. He went out of his way to be sure my wife and I understood what we were buying and what to expect. Our installer was equally professional and patient demonstrating the chair to us. The chair is fantastic. Bought it for my 97 yr old father. He is very comfortable riding and controlling his chair. High quality, quiet, and operates smoothly. Highly recommend!!!

After extensive researching of all manufacturers stairlifts, I decided to go with American Made Equipment. After reading many ,many reviews of good or bad experiences with all stairlift companies, Bruno came out on top. I was a little surprised that you have to purchase from an agent ,but then you cannot buy a new vehicle from the Ford Company and so once again, after extensive researching of all Stairlift Suppliers and Installers I chose the 101 Mobility Company to Purchase and Install the Stairlift due to their excellent reputation. Now after about 8 weeks of use, I am 100 % happy with the experience. I personally would recommend Bruno and 101 Mobility for satisfaction

We rated our chair lift at a 4 because we are experiencing a hesitation with the lift going up. We’re not sure if it is a problem with the lift itself or the remote control. If we release the toggle on the arm and then engage it again, it will then move. The problem is intermittent.
