All-American Mobility of Fredericksburg, VA installed my stairlift within days of ordering. The installation was professionally installed with no issues. The unit is well built and very easy to operate. I highly recommend this stairlift.

My lift won't charge unless I stand there and hold the seat back. I have had a serviceman out and he replaced some wheels that run along the track and the batteries. The unit only charged correctly for about a week. There is still a lot of slack between the seat and the contact to the rail. The tech didn't seem to know how to adjust this. I have been without a lift for 2 months. Is there an adjustment for this? When it's working I like the lift. I'm in Canada.

Our straight stairslifts should be charging continuously anywhere they are stopped on the rail if they are installed correctly. We will be reaching out to you and your dealer immediately to resolve this issue.

I have already responded to this invitation but will repeat that I was very impressed and satisfied with the entire operation. The chair is operating very well.

The only slightly negative thing I have to say concerns the disrupted supply chain because of the virus. I waited almost 2 months for the installation in my stairway, but this delay I expected since the local people had fully explained to me that there would be such a wait. That said, I love my new chair lift which functions impeccably and in all aspects (including visual) it does not spoil the beauty of the finely wrought double stairway in my historic house.
