We are very happy with the Bruno stair Glide. The salesman was courteous and helpful. One problem arose because the installer put a connection box in the doorway to a room that has a narrow doorway, leaving about 1/2 inch leeway for the wheelchair. I called their office and they were courteous but could not send someone to fix it for about 3 weeks. So far, we have avoided running over the box. We need to be careful for one more week.

The workmen that installed it were pleasant to have around. They explained things to us very well. We are really enjoying having the chair seat going to the basement. It is a big help since we are older and our family are trying to keep us in our home as long as possible.
