The Bruno I put in saved me from instant knee replacement, versus no stair climbing and no surgery. The installer was very professional,knowledgeable and a very kind person. It was a younger man, his name eludes me now, just know I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with his work. The Bruno is just perfect. I would recommend this company and this retailer to anyone needing a little help getting up or down stairs.

My two year old Canadian HME-installed Bruno Elan PFR power bar has stopped running properly after two technicians have worked on it on 2 different days. They changed the cct board both talking to your tech in Wisconsin. The system was lubricated in Apr.2021 , worked fine then but by Sept.2021 early speed of operation was reduced to near inability to lift itself up. It is like this right now and declared “need to replace” by HME tech. I paid $1500 Ca. plus, now, $204 Ca.lub. fee’s so far, and I have two more bills showing $204 each which HME have so far “waved”. STATUS right now; 1) works at half speed, 2. Declared as ;-needs replacement, 2.Your warranty-2 years, now over. The rest of my two stair lifts by Bruno work just fine, and still do. The slow-mo PFR irks me however, as we are in a small townhouse with exposure to the bottom extension to be a tripping hazard in small space. HME says I have to pay for new installation, unless I accept the slow-mo operation I still have for this PFR. What say you?

I absolutely love my Bruno Elan Stairlift! It is great to be able to get outside again and enjoy the things I was not able to. Thank you to all of the staff at Mobility 101, too!

I bought my Stairlift from Bruno. I have a hydraulic lift in my car to lift my scooter. So I know that Bruno makes quality products. They came when they said they would and installed the Stairlift. Everything turned out great. They were neat and Very professional. The installer had a problem starting the stairlift. But quickly figured out why. After 15 years. I can now go up stairs. I gave it 5 Stars because I had no complaints.

Even though the cost was more than I originally wanted, the convenience was such that I almost considered it almost paid for after the first several rides.

I would give it a five except sometimes when I sit down to go downstairs I push the lever and nothing happens. I found if I just gave a little wiggle to the seat it will then take me down.
