I have had the stair lift for a little over two years. Shortly after the warranty ended, I started having problems. I believe it is with the cables not charging. I need to have a repair. This should not break down this fast. Not for what it costs. Now I have to spend hundreds more on repairs. Would not recommend.

Very easy to communicate with.

You have changed my life. I thought I would need to move into assisted living, but now with my new Bruno chair/stair lift, I will be alright living in my home, Thank you. If I had any other wish with my Bruno, it would be that the foot rest was a few inches higher. I'm a short 4' 10" and growing shorter. Your service people were a pleasure to have in my home though I wish they had their covid shots. Your salesman. We are very happy with our Bruno stair lift. The service, from National Seating and Mobility in Kelowna BC, Canada, has been very good. My husband has serious balance problems and stairs were becoming scary. The bruno stair lift has given him more freedom and safety. Thank you. The Larsen.

Very easy to use and safe.

Tyler Nigg kept us informed thru the entire process, from the initial inquiry to finial installation and instructions. We are very pleased with the product and installation and how well Tyler organized it all. I love the access it gives me to the fun areas of our upstairs. So happy!!!
